- About the role
You will own the connectors that make Rafaelo work with every ATS, calendar and job board, from API design through reliability in production.
You will- Design and ship two-way sync connectors for ATS platforms
- Build the reliability layer: retries, idempotency, observability
- Work with product on what the agent can safely read and write
You bring- 5+ years building production backend services, ideally in Go or TypeScript
- Experience with third-party APIs, webhooks and eventual consistency
- Calm judgement when something is on fire at 2 a.m.
